Don’t Bother Contacting HR or Management

Clean environment, free uniforms, Aviation

Cons

Management doesn’t care what you think or experience. HR will not address any issues of harassment, safety violations, training failures or favoritism. Management from bottom to at least regional are all buddies so going to a “supervisor” won’t fix anything. Pay is lowest in the industry.high turnover so your coworkers are not fully trained. New people get promotions because they are friends with managers. Managers do not care about customers. Zero opportunity for growth. No reviews or raises.
