Ignorant and useless management

the benefits are the best parterre, but that really isn't saying much.

Cons

The management is ignorant and useless. Most managers have no clue how to solve problems that are commonly raised by employees. It's either the managers are clueless or they just don't care about employees. Either way, this makes them ineffective leaders and should be replaced for the company to improve.
