Pros

Get to be around a very cool evironment. The highlights were talking to the pilots everyday and working around military and civilian aircraft.

Cons

Horrible management. They are uneducated, unprofessional, and treat their employees like crap. High employee turnover because no one can stand working for them long term. Forget about any kind of lunch break. Work was not hard but always slammed and never enough people.

My co workers are awesome! :) You meet different people everyday and you get to learn how aviation world works, it kind of gives you a background to it since it's an FBO.

Cons

I have no problems with the company. :)
