      Networking and perfect start for an aviation career!

      Cons

      At my specific location, there were not enough workers. Pay "raises" were a joke. There was also no room for growth within the company.

      Pros

      If you have a passion for the world of aviation, then this is not a bad way to get your foot into the door. Tips, paid monthly lunches(I suppose) and the variety of customers always surprises you.

      Cons

      If you come into Atlantic Aviation with an extensive background in the fixed base operations industry, do not expect to be compensated for the experience and knowledge. Be prepared for an ever-changing schedule. A very low quality of life, due to long hours and short staff. When you are in, be prepared for Smoke-n-Mirrors.

      Management did nothing but gossip and played favorites. Customer Service Manager was so rude and always late.
