It was a great environment to work in, with professional and diligent managers and co-workers. I really enjoyed my years working with Atlantic Aviation Teterboro.

Cons

A few different buy out acquisitions over the years I was there complicated certain things, but the kinks eventually got ironed out.

Pros

Great coworkers with a shared passion for the aviation world. Average pay with some chance for advancement, mostly to a supervisor position. Benefits are decent. Plenty of overtime during the busy season. Get to be outdoors if you enjoy that.

Cons

No specified lunch break; only break time is when traffic decreases. Long hours for supervisors, with no overtime. Corporate denied hiring of more LST's when we were severely understaffed and bringing in record profits. Sometimes snobby customers who looked down on line service.
