Pros

The customers always made my day.

Cons

Lack of integrity, morals, and honesty. Run as fast as you can. Nepatism is supported at this company, as well as, unprofessional behavior from an immature, under qualified CSM.

Pros

If you like to work with airplanes it is great. Networking with the variety of people that fly in or that own there own companies/planes.

Cons

Your just a number, no backing from the management. Always get pointed out for flaws, or what the customer sees.......no your side of the story. Management would leave daily for 2 or three hour lunch breaks, which was usually our busiest times. Didn't get a 90 day review and therefore no raise although it may have only been a few cents. Longest probationary period for a line tech even though I had 25 years military experience doing exactly the same thing, still was never designated an official line tech after 5 months. Didn't deserve the wages seeing what the company makes over a monthly average, fuel prices have been the same since I started even with the downward trend over the last month.

Pros

The Insurance Package and coverage very good.

Cons

Hard working conditions. Worked all types of weather conditions due to on call status. No running water or bathroom. Management and former Management did not pay attention to OSHA safety possible violations or provide any PPE. Equipment was all different makes and models or really old so tracking replacement parts very time consuming or could not get. When time to replace or order parts New management said No budget for it so couldn't get or order Equipment therefore was not safe or remained unfixed. Later to find out management keeping all money;s from different depts to make their bonus.. No routine maintenance software program provided to help keep track of 28 pieces of equipment. Management had no system of it either, had to use pen and paper. Poor communication and hostile work environment from management. Discrimanated against age also.. Helped open Will Rogers, OKC and also had to preform job at original site too with no help. for 3 months. No recognition and was not compensated for pay, use of own vehicle, going to 2 sites daily. In fact Overtime was altered and cut hours so no OT on checks and when mentioned or checked into, due to pictures with time and dates on them proving I worked the hours, shortly after new management took over within 6mths they did away with the GSE position, amazingly, or dept so management could keep the money for bonuses. No separation, layoff , or retirement etc package for loyal employee who worked over 17years there. Company doesn't think the person that kept them pumping fuel, kept equipment running for all those years on minimal supplies and budget was worth it I guess.
