      Fast pace, tight community.

      Pros

      As a designer, you will work for many clients with very different tastes. You will learn how to adapt to different styles and work fast. As part of the company, you will get to work with everyone and be lucky enough to call them all friends. Exciting culture events, and the management team is supportive.

      Cons

      Clients don't always pay you to design every page. Most projects are for CMS and clients can't afford copywriters to polish every page of the site.

      Pros

      ABT has a great family atmosphere, and really values their employees. I have never work for a company where I truly felt my input was valued. The culture is great and very relaxed.

      Cons

      There was no real formalized training program and it seemed like management just threw you into the lions den. Working with Goldmine sucked.
