Pros

Atlantic BT is a company that cares and values its employees. They are not afraid to try and if something is not going well they are quick to change. The people are what make ABT the place to be. Super talented people everywhere you look. Passionate, driven and push each other to get better. Fast-paced agency environment makes certain you will be exposed to a variety of projects and unique challenges. ABT does not micromanage and has a culture of being solution oriented. If you make a mistake you learn from it. ABT has a variety of company events managed by the "culture club" which only mission is to make ABT the best place to be.

Cons

The fast pace environment is not for everyone and can surprise people.

Some of the projects are interesting. You get to work on a variety of different things.

Cons

This was by far the worst job I have ever had. They managed to suck everything I enjoyed about software engineering right out of it. You have to punch a stopwatch all day long to track every second of what you do. If you do not record X billable hours, you get yelled at. If you go over an estimate, you get yelled at. Then you have to go to a variety of meetings that are not billable, so you have to stay late or come over the weekend to make up for time you were doing things you were forced to do! They make a big deal about their fun activities, but knowing you will have to stay late to make up the billable time sucks the fun right out of them.
