When they fell ill, the president never addressed it until he was asking employees to fill a workplace survey culture. He said something like "You guys know how the HR personal is battling health issues. Well, this survey really meant a lot to them and they would really want us to win this award. So please fill out out and think of that person." Oh. That's just one story.

Illegal working methods. Near scandal. We were instructed not to talk to the press at one point because we thought they may investigate one of the government projects. Yah know, normal work stuff. "We are looking for a cultural fit" in the interview means "We hope you can get down with our clubhouse vibes and in-crowd attitudes" Don't even think about an legitimate HR complaint. You are wasting their time. The people who are friends with the boss sit back and collect a paycheck. Everyone else doubles down around a cracking whip on some overpromise and underdelivered project. So. It's pretty awesome.
