- The people you work with are fantastic. They do a great job of hiring talented people and there's an awesome work culture. - You get a lot of autonomy over your career. - Feedback for management/process is acted upon. - For an agency, they are good about making sure their employees maintain a work-life balance. - Perks like a lounge with free beer are great.

Cons

- There's still a lot of organizational issues and project intake issues (but I give them a break because working on process takes time). - Management can be VERY hands-off but micromanage at the last minute. - There's not a ton of career growth unless a new position is made for you. - Basic agency work cons: tight timelines, sometimes budgeting is an issue.

Atlantic BT has a very employee-centric philosophy, which results in a casual, extremely supportive, fun atmosphere. Monthly culture club events like movie night, company bowling, table tennis tournaments, chili-cookoff, assassins, along with our daily Super Smash Bros competitions ensures that there is always a means to relieve some stress and build relationships with your coworkers. Work-life balance at AtlanticBT is a huge priority, and it is reflected in every aspect of management.

Cons

The health care benefits are mediocre at best, and the 401k matching is not as good as it could be.
