Pros

Holidays off, good vacation time accrual. Christmas bonus is nice but there is no raise during year.

Cons

Management only cares about shoving as many studies on as possible. Not allowed to sit In tech area. No time to thoroughly do patients without rushing. Overbooked. Management guns for people they just don't like. Only buddies get promoted or listened to. No pay scale. New people get hired at more money than those with experience.

Overpacked schedules, patients added on without time. With raises comes insurance price increase, extra patients added on to schedule
