This company has an amazing, strong community and incredible growth opportunities. I love that everyone truly supports one another, creating an environment where teamwork and encouragement are part of the culture every day. Their mentor program is a huge asset—it provides guidance, knowledge, and real support to help you grow the AP way. The policy platform is also extremely helpful, giving clear direction and helping you feel confident in your role. Thanks to the leadership, resources, and culture here, I was able to grow from a leasing agent to a manager in just four years. I’m proud to say I’m an AP lifer.

Don't have much cons except for favoritism after work hours but that is nothing compared to what I have dealt with other companies
