Pros

Over the past two years, I truly loved my job and gave it my full dedication. However, the working environment became increasingly toxic due to poor leadership. A new property manager joined the company and unfortunately disregarded policies, created tension by speaking negatively about upper management, and treated employees with a lack of respect. This resulted in several team members leaving without notice. It was not an easy decision for me to leave, but I had to prioritize my well-being and professional integrity.”

Cons

Residents were friendly and most of the time understood our situation with the new management leadership not being on board to their needs

Pros

IT IS NOTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE

Cons

Awful place to work. No training, no support—just chaos. Management plays favorites and has no idea how to lead. Property is falling apart: mold, roaches, neglected grounds. Residents pay $250+ electric bills for small units due to old A/C systems. They’re misled by fake photos and ads. Turnover is constant, morale is low, and there’s no room to grow. Toxic environment. If someone from upper management is reading this, get a real professional human being who’s qualified to manage.

Thank you for being so open with your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that this was your experience — that’s not the kind of environment we want to create for anyone on our team. It’s clear from your comments that you felt unsupported and frustrated, and that’s something we take seriously. No one should feel like they’re thrown into chaos without training or leadership that listens and leads by example. We also hear your concerns about the condition of the property and how that impacts both staff and residents — those are valid points, and they matter. We know we’re not perfect, and feedback like this is a tough but necessary reminder of where we need to do better. I truly hope your next opportunity brings you the support, leadership, and growth that everyone deserves. Wishing you all the best moving forward.

Pros

There is no pros working here or for this company

Cons

Working for this company has been one of the most difficult experiences of my career. The properties are poorly maintained, and unfortunately, many of the residents contribute to a toxic and unsafe environment. I've had my safety compromised on more than one occasion, and there was little to no support from upper management during those times. Opportunities for growth are extremely limited. While there is a slim chance of moving into a property management position, those chances are few and far between—and not based on merit or hard work. Overall, this company lacks structure, support, and a sense of security. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a stable or respectful work environment.

Thank you for being so candid about your experience. It’s upsetting to hear that things felt so unstable and unsupported during your time with us — no one should have to feel unsafe or undervalued at work. Your concerns about property conditions, lack of support, and limited growth opportunities are all valid and highlight areas where we clearly need to do better. Feeling like your hard work doesn’t open doors is incredibly frustrating, and that’s not the kind of culture we want to promote. We’re taking feedback like yours to heart and continuing to reflect on how we can build a safer, more supportive, and growth-focused environment for our teams. I appreciate you taking the time to share, and I truly hope your next opportunity brings the structure, security, and recognition you deserve.
