Pros

Atlantic Pacific is a fantastic company. I absolutely love the family owned concept and just how deep it runs. Everyone is always so willing to help one another and teach one another.

Cons

I feel like we may be slightly under paid and our commissions structure could definitely pay better. I feel like certain things are still political and the right people do not always get recognized for their hard work and accomplishments.

Upper management was awful it is all about who you know in the company, not your actual skills

Insurance is paid by the employer. All onsite members are eligible for NOI bonuses. Majored holidays are paid time off.

Cons

Micromanaging and tedious reports and procedures. Bonus is revoked for minor errors - even if corrections have been made.
