Friendly work environment, understanding management, decent work load at times

Cons

Pay isn't great, work-life balance suffers at times, schedule comes out anywhere between 5-8pm the night before.

Get a vehicle to travel Opportunities to learn alot Opportunities to get many certifications

Cons

Never know where your working day to day, and usually dont find out until the night before around 5 or 6. Dont drug test. Have the people that work do drugs No opportunities to move up No matter how hard you work you are never recognized or acknowledged for anything Very low pay
