Overly corporate They tolerate hostile employees without reprimanding them Management lacks leadership qualities Only worried about money and the bottom line Focuses on appearances over work efficiency The shop does not pay flat rate to employees-pays actual hours worked on equipment and pushes to have work done faster than quoted Complete lack of training

Good place to work. How much you make really up to you and the work you put in. Bosses are usually flexible to allow work life balance.

Cons

Could really use a lot more formal training here. Get thrown in deep end and figure out as you go kinda deal.
