Prior planing prevents pisspoor performance.

Cons

Atlantic Tractor management swoops in, makes empty promises, like the "everyone's job and pay will be the same" and in the next week, will fire 18 people, and most of them will be women. They won't even have basic business practices ready. It's pathetic really.
