Pros

Good benefits, PTO, most of your branch teammates are a blast to work with.

Cons

Low pay, unrealistic goals, mirco-managing rampant at upper levels. It is difficult to do necessary branch tasks when corporate is setting unrealistic deadlines for seemingly unimportant tasks. Back office support is hit and miss.

I have been with this company for little under a year and so far i love it. The company lets you exceed at yours goals on your own time. Training is also great.
