Terrible company culture, no opportunities at all for advancement, management is very poor (often times very oblivious to what is actually happening in the company), lack of communication between departments.

Great series of training between new accounts and learning the connect sales model. Overall easy job.

Cons

Pay isn't great compared to other banks in market. Not challenging. There is no point to try to perform and sell bank products day in and day out. Incentives for exceeding sales goals are a joke.
