Best, family friendly, caring community of employees I've ever know. Everyone is focused on helping their customers. Extremely kind and loyal people, who want to do the right thing.

Cons

Many business line silos. Not a collaborative or creative work environment. Company and industry are very process oriented verse idea oriented. Can be very frustrating.

Good, close-knit relationships with peers and other groups, decent hours, decent pay, support from upper management

Cons

Innovative techniques giving other banks an edge are lacking here, and there is distance between the community bank feel that is the goal, and the goal of growth. There aren't always enough resources to go around.
