Pros

Coworkers are generally good to work with and you will learn a lot.

Cons

There is no work life balance, at all. No opportunities for growth, especially for high achievers. Upper management get in the way of improvements, tons of back stabbing and extremely high turnover.

Pros

Union had an outstanding benefits package and decent PTO. Bank was community focused at the time and wanted every in branch teammate to have a connection with customers.

Cons

Salary. This is the lowest paid bank that I have ever seen. Unless you are in retail leadership (Market manager or above) you will not have a competitive salary here. This company also does not invest in technology and is using a very antiquated system that no longer is reliable for the size of this institution.

Pros

Good people to work with, close knit group between the branches and everyone is willing to help each other out.

Cons

Upper management doesn't really see what happens in the trenches. They expect you to hit goals and numbers without seeing the quality of opportunities that you are given. Bank is a conservative lender, but they still up your goals every year.
