      Teams need to collaborate more with each other (what one does/does not do affects the other) as there are still many disconnects which creates issues/double work

      Good if you like smaller bank feel Good locations Good coworkers

      Cons

      Products are not as good as other banks or credit unions so it is a challenge to be motivated to sell them. The digital experience is significantly worse than top competitors and there are many outdated systems. Small bank/company is a negative in my book, not as much opportunity for growth and/or moving
