Good PTO and vacation benefits after being employed more than 5 years.

Cons

Understaffed for the growth of the company through multiple merges. Unstable work environment; due to merges every 2 to 3 years. Over worked staff with minimal home /work balance. Management refuses to listen or take in alternate methods for process improvements.

Working at Atlantic Union Bank feels like working with family. I've worked for several banks where it's been just a job for a paycheck. At AUB I enjoy coming to work everyday and feel the deicions I make and the work I do matters.

Cons

I liked it better when we could carry over PTO, now it is use it or lose it.
