Great benefits/perks, learned a lot about personal finance and the ins & outs of banking which i have benefitted from personally. You will pick up great customer service, conflict management, & multitasking skills.

Cons

PTO benefits are not the best - only 15 days allotted (including the 5 sick days) for first 2 years of employment & only one staff member can be off per day which can be frustrating. Extremely high volume customer environment for us being severely understaffed 50% of the time. A lot of the compliance and corporate regulations being launched make customer interactions & transactions harder for us.
