Being a smaller bank you don’t get some of the perks as you would with a larger bank.

The benefits are decent. Some departments get bonuses.

Cons

Not enough diversity in upper level positions. Different departments do not work together well. It's click'ish.....too many dead end positions with no room for advancement. Promotions aren't based on work performance, instead it depends on who you know. Look at the ratio of minority vice presidents. It's sad.
