Beware!!!

Pros

No one knows what they are doing so you can get by doing the same.

Cons

Beware of the fake reviews they use to push up their ratings. This company does not care about you, and feels more like a circus than a job. Managers don't even know how to train you, and when you ask for help they always have an excuse. They will push you past your limits and take advantage of your kindness and willingness with no positive reassurances or outcomes. Even their benefits are designed to nickel and dime you. To them a high turn over rate is a good thing. You'll see people doing their best fired just because it makes the “superiors” feel small You have been warned

Too slow to adapt to the times

Pros

Not really sure if there's any special benefits to working here (unless your in good with management).

Cons

Too many mistakes made by other departments cost projects time and money, not at all flexible with remote work after the pandemic, culture is too stale and older. If you're a younger professional, you'll feel vert out of place and frustrated with the work culture and lack of modern employee benefits like discounts and reimbursements. Also, the projects being worked on have little to no organization or planning on the front end, so things end up late and the level of stress you can feel is nearly unbearable.
