Henrob is now benefiting from a steady integration with it's parent company, Atlas Copco, a large global company that has held sustainable profitability for over 100 years. Although Henrob is acclimating to being part of a more structured and mature organization, the changes are positive and positioning the company for global growth and long term stability. This is a great company for a unique and challenging career development experience!

Very quick growth along with implementing changes and procedures to support the growth has been unsettling for some, primarily for those who worked at this company when it was quite small.
