Pros

Good benefits, good people to work with and international presence makes this company world class

Cons

Treatment of people is not the best. Language barrier is an issue. HR at the HQ is not helpful Their leader talks down to people and often is heard using racist remarks and political statements not needed in the workplace.

Pros

Not afraid to spend money on their employee to get them the right equipment. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Very little training. The sales management in Northern California is lackluster at best. If you're not turning and burning business in the Bay Area you don't matter to management.
