      Pros

      Decent benefits and training program. Company will pay for expenses while at training and offers other educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Management will cheat employees. Low pay. Strong customer dislike towards company due to unprofessional service managers, and very expensive cost. Terrible internal and external communication.

      Benefits are outstanding, work environment is easygoing. Plenty to do.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower rate. Team leader position does not have an increase in pay even though a lot more responsibility is bestowed.
