      Pros

      Not much when I left..before was great company with great culture where individual was encouraged to take decisions and to grow. When I left, mamma mia, horrible managers and no leaders

      lack of good managers super low salary heavy bureaucracy no carrier building if you do not have someone to stand behind all good job are given before adds are published

      VPs are very shady. They hire lots of racist managers. Job descriptions change too frequently. Poor pay. Do not work here.

      Great to learn from metals to machines. These experiences will help you in the future for sure. Hardwork and responsibility is what youll earn too

      Sometimes the other co-workers are obnoxious. You can get hurt sometimes. The upper management people act like theyre superior to everyone sonetimes
