      Pros

      Global network of co-workers is a nice team building environment, this company is based in Sweden.

      Cons

      Adherence to any sort of HR rules was non existent. You name it was happening. If your boss thought your were good looking, it was a breeze. Try working for bosses like that. Impossible to openly discuss day to day business without things being addressed honestly, or it not being held against you. Sons working for their parents. Brothers reporting to their siblings. Glad to be gone.

      Meeting new people and learning about different parts

      Cons

      Too much favoritism and not fair straight across the board. The upper management looks down on the employees as if they're beneath them. Not all of them sum of them.
