This company is so stuck in the past it’s becoming scary. Antiquated and outdated culture means there’s no flexibility for work even though the pandemic showed it’s productive. Office location is so out of the way it’s becoming impossible to recruit qualified candidates. Retention of younger employees is very low due to subpar compensation and lack of flexibility. Experienced employees continue to retire with no way to replace them. Management is just completely out of touch with the reality that the world has dramatically changed in the past 3 years. Inclusion is a joke, lack of diversity is very apparent. Management has a very totalitarian approach to dealing with employees.

Novice management, permanently living in reaction mode, didn't have the will to acknowledge the facts. Moreover, the company is run predominantly by Sales who sees and decides based on quarterly numbers instead of long term goals.
