Good exposure for working with international teams and very bright engineers. Challenging Technical scenarios will lead to seasoned experience.

Cons

Technology span limited to ASP.NET and SQL or C# and Cache. Functional or architectural/solution diversity and scope is limited to what is required. Readiness and career development tracks will need more focus.
