Pros

Was a decent place to work for few years back, had a very outdated but profitable business model until recently, safe place to stay low, if you kiss *** then can generate a good salary plus options and can stay without performing

Cons

Cowardly management, indecisive, huge amount of politics and bureaucracy, constant lies to employees, bad product, bad business model , unfair treatment of employees

Pros

Flexibility and nothing else I can think of.

Cons

It is the worst job I ever had, the product is old and very complicated with extreme lack of documentation. The technology used is so bad and so old. The management is extremely outdated and you get promoted in the company automatically after 2 -3 years, you dont need to do anything special. The list can go on and on.

Pros

The company is really full of great hard working people. They have the best intentions of clients and work really hard to achieve client goals. People at Atlas care greatly about what they do.

Cons

It's a small company so things are very fluid. That can be good or bad. The leadership is relatively young so advancement opportunities are limited
