Cons

Will hire you full time with high pay then you wont even get 40 hours per paycheck. They cannot keep employees or doctors and hence have less than 40 hours per pay period of work.

Pros

Their medical benefits is good. Work from home 4 days/week. Salary is good.

Cons

This is a poorly run company. People are overworked and understaffed. Work gets piled on you for being competent. They trying to save money by making the job of 2-3 people in one person’s role. PTO is minimum at 2 weeks. But can’t really use it because everything is always on fire and the problems will be waiting for you.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
