Pros

Higher than average pay Easy money

Cons

God awful management. Lies upon lies to get people into the door. Management nice to your face and then throw you under the bus to save their own skin. Management talks badly about coworkers to other coworkers as if we don’t talk to each other. Toxic toxic work environment. Cares more about their bottom line than their staff. Mid management lies to upper management, but upper management keeps toxic mid managers around.

Pros

Growth opportunities, challenging and rewarding work, healthcare experience combined with technology support and project management. Standardized architecture with some unique deployment scenarios, provides room for needs-based growth and plenty of opportunities for exposure to different IT environments!

Cons

Can be high pressure at times and high risk since we're managing surgery centers that are involved with patient care. Moments of down time require personal dedication to making best use of the quiet moments. Positions within IT Department are being developed parallel to company growth and needs, so it can take a moment to open new positions for existing or new job roles.
