Pros

This is the longest I’ve ever been with one company and I don’t have any plans to leave. I like it here. It’s a good environment that supports creativity and teamwork. They pay well and treat people with respect.

Cons

The hours are pretty intense when you’re first starting out. But you get used to it after a while. I don’t think I had much of a work ethic when I first started with the company.

Pros

One of the best things about working for Atlas is the family work culture. I can tell that the company not only cares about my performance but also my personal well being. Our CEO goes above and beyond to let us know that we are important to him

Cons

One downside is the workload. Some employees must wear many hats at a time and that can be a little overwhelming. However, Atlas is such a great company to work for that you don't mind pitching in or taking up extra tasks when required. The main reason I wrote any con is because it was a required field.
