Unfortunately, the management change in March marked a significant downturn in my experience. The new manager has been consistently critical and unprofessional, creating a toxic work environment. I faced unreasonable deadlines, contradictory instructions, and public berating during meetings. The manager's approach seemed more focused on finding faults and laying off employees rather than fostering a productive and supportive atmosphere. The sudden shift from remote work to a mandatory office presence, without clear justification, added to the stress and confusion. Ultimately, I was laid off without proper formal communication, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

Worst management ever don’t join here the worst decision in my life is choosing this company. Pure politics right from higher management. No work life balance, even though you are jobless don’t work here
