      It is what it is

      Pros

      1) Working the phones is easy. 2) Being able to work remotely is convenient.

      Cons

      1) Pay is bad 2) Managers and supervisors aren't good people - I have screen shots of supervisors making fun of call agents in the Microsoft Teams chats. It's a mind-numbing place with people who aren't very bright. If you have a brain and want something out of life - look elsewhere.

      Work culture of scare and insult. No stability and one man army show, anything can change randomly creating unprofessional environment

      I respectfully disagree with your assessment of the culture at Atlas! I have been an employee of close to 20 years and there is no proof to substantiate your feedback. Instead of posting anonymously and hiding , I would love to further a discussion with you!
