      Pros

      1) Working the phones is easy. 2) Being able to work remotely is convenient.

      Cons

      1) Pay is bad 2) Managers and supervisors aren't good people - I have screen shots of supervisors making fun of call agents in the Microsoft Teams chats. It's a mind-numbing place with people who aren't very bright. If you have a brain and want something out of life - look elsewhere.
