1.Excellent management team who are always employee friendly. They always there to listen our concerns and issues.If that is really valid then definitely they will take care. 2.For good work,employees are recognized 3.Wonderful platform to learn new technology.Always adopting new technology to give a world class product. 4.Good Opportunity for freshers to learn.

Cons

Nothing much to write here but one thing we are lacking in providing proper training.

Pros

I read all reviews on glassdoor and chose to ignore negative reviews written here. It was a blunder I made and wasted 3 months of my career. If you are joining here after reading positive reviews, I have two points for you 1. All the positive reviews are written by HR team. 2. Keep looking for another job and make sure you have options to abscond within a month. Believe me you will need it. It is not common in this company. Every month new joiners just abscond. Company also got used to it.

Cons

Keep searching for jobs even after joining here. Within a week or two you will understand the reality and will be ready to abscond even if you don't have a job. It happened to me. I came out with in two months and had to be Job less for one and half month. If you are from some established companies, please ignore this company. You will not even expect such a company to exist also.
