Sorry for the negative experience you are having at Atlas Systems. We are indeed working on improving our process, HR policies & overall work culture . We take the issue of culture very seriously and are investing even more this year on that front. This includes arranging "All hands meeting" every month where every employee gets the opportunity speak about their issue [If any].
