      If you are joining this company after reading positive reviews I have two points for you 1. All positive reviews are written by HR. They have similar content with no cons or silly cons. 2. Continue your job search even after joining this company. Within 2 weeks you will understand how toxic this environment is and your career is in danger. Just abscond from this company. It is not new to this company. Many new joiners abscond from this company every month. No employee will ever give more than 1 star rating to this company. All positive reviews are fake written by HR.

      To be honest have learned lot of things *More focused into new technology day by day learning and Improving progress *Helpful to learn things properly and In depth knowledge on technology *More friendly environment supportive team and managers *On time salary *This is right place to learn and succeed

      Maniac and Unethical CEO. No job Security. Never join this trap.

      Pros

      You cannot work if you are coming from a big IT company. The Mentally Unstable CEO will insult you, change his plans daily and treat you like a slave. He is a disaster and hr has not power in the company. I am mentally depressed everyday but because I have to feed my family I am working here.

      Cons

      This is a very unethical company headed by a very maniac ceo. He is selfish and never care for the employees. In the meetings he will paint a big unrealistic picture but the reality is different. The company has no regards for any employees personal life. The hr has no knowledge. Working from so many years in this company but the ceo and hr never respect this fact. Plz stay away from such company.
