      You fired for no reason / no project

      Pros

      Worst company I ever worked for they will fire you on the same day if you don't have project or for silly reasons they will terminate you immediately Monopoly type of behavior The CEO knows everything he is the culprit for the worst situation in the company people work more than one project and billed for more than one or two projects I never seen this behaviour in any other IT industry

      Cons

      There is no people management team to handle complaints HR team is waste. They should learn how to run an IT company.

      Thanks for taking your time to submit a review about our company. We do not agree with monopoly type of behavior and about our respected CEO. He is one of the best leader in industry who takes care of each individual. As a HR initiative we have started addressing employees by having 1-1 meetings, ‘Monthly All Hands Meet’ to address, praise, appreciate individual contributors and teams who performed on top. All Glassdoor reviews are anonymous and we don't know who posts them. The only thing we request from people posting reviews is honesty and accuracy.       1. Very Supportive Management. 2. Good work life balance. 3. It is very pleasure to work here. 4. Good clients and nice environment to give our best to satisfy and to enhance the relationship. 5. I’m sure under guidance of Superiors we can move our-self forward towards success and career growth. 6. Employee Friendly CEO.
