Pros

Uh...they have a large parking lot? Sorry. That's about the best I can come up with.

Cons

This review is for the call center, which in NJ. Atlas is a software and IT company, and this call center part was put together by the owner, who decided to open it as a favor to one of his clients. The people hired to work in this call center are to call doctor's offices and obtain information for a guide that keeps there credential's current. So these doctors couldn't be bothered talking to you, as they have better things to do. And what's worse, the amount of work they want you to do, does not line up with the aweful pay. Also, have you ever worked for a company that frowned upon sick time? Or made you give your family members the supervisor's phone number, because you weren't allowed to keep your cell phone on? Wake up, people! We are not children. We are grown adults. There is a REASON why you cannot keep employees in this call center. They realize this job sucks, and they quit after a few days. Some may stay for a month, maybe two. Thats it!!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback, we value everyone's perspective and strive to learn and improve where we can! Atlas has been operational since 2003 and has grown thanks to the interest and needs of our clients and dedication of our employees. Our call center was developed to support our clients and to provide valuable services for the various communities we affect by making sure physicians records are accurate. Additionally, a flexible work schedule exists, making communication possible without restriction and there is a Paid Sick Time policy which accrues from the date of hire. While it is true that some agents do not fit the call center role and choose to leave, others have maintained a long-term career with Atlas!
