      - If you are starting your career as a fresher, I would suggest that this is the best company to work with. - Many chances to go work from abroad. - This company gives you BMW and Garmin watches as a token of appreciation. - HR conducts lot of fun activities to boost up your mood. - Very supportive management.

      Pros

      This company provides a great work culture and various opportunities to learn and make a career. I have seen lot of new initiatives from the Management. Some of them are, giving opportunities to fresher and giving training to them, Salaries on time, night shift allowances, healthy fruits, company sponsored Fitness Membership and now for Company paid Health Insurance for all the employees & contractors. More to come to keep employees expectations. Thanks to CEO for taking care of the employees. Good job from HR , Finance & Admin team to support to make it happen on time. Great Job. Keep it up..... Managers are approachable & very supportive. More comfort and feeling good to work for long term.
