      remote job and off on weekends

      management set unrealistic goals, employees are treated and reminded they can and will be replaced at a moments notice. No paid holidays, the pay is ridiculously low for the expectations they set on the employees.

      CEO's vision - where the organization should reach! - Extended family culture! - The biggest value I see and experience day in day out is the focus on people and the correct mindset of investing in people to meet the vision of the company. When the market is slow, that is the time a dynamic company thinks about investing in future rather than cutting back the investments. This is a sure shot recipe of success!
