Pros

Salary and benefits are the only good things but they come at the cost of piece of mind

Cons

There is no incentive to do good meaningful work that adds value, everyone is chasing some deliverable to finish within the review period so that they can justify them not being axed in the next APEX review. It’s general knowledge that you have to do Apex driven development rather than actual meaningful work.

Pros

- High pay - Office space is great

Cons

- WLB pathetic. Weekdays 10-12 hours, Weekends 5-6 hours to meet goals - Product vision is poor leading to downfall of company - Manager take up risky projects and when there's no impact engineers are held accountable and fired, put on PIP often.
