Pros

Food, culture, people, device, events, workplace are all very good.

Cons

There are no very obvious unique cons, if there is any, you could always raise it and try to change it.

Pros

Can help with visa and relocation and provides some flexibility in personal time usage.

Cons

Company has overwhelmingly inefficient business processes. It has tons of legacy unmaintainable and untestable code without any real owner. This code is still used and is being chaotically changed and even populated with new features. There are no confidence in tests and no test coverage reports for legacy. That all turns development into neverending pain. You might think that 'legacy' is something temporary here but no - I can see that amount of such a code is only increasing. Internal documentation is very inconsistent and often outdated. Loyalty to management and avoidance of any disagreements are keys for career success. If you tend to understand words literally and looking for managers you can trust - this company is a very poor choice. Company provides very limited opportunities for self development, especially if it is not tightly related to roadmap of your team or does not promise quick turnaround. '20%' time policy has very limited application here: usually it is required that people tackle technical debt in that time.

Pros

* Amazing team with a great atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual support * Organizational growth mindset, willing to acknowledge what is broken and to work toward fixing it with a positive attitude * Numerous established growth paths (and plenty of opportunity to craft your own) * Perks on perks on perks - and competitive performance based compensation * Open company NO bullsh*t. Transparency, access to information, and a noticeable absence of red tape. * Be the change you seek. We're encouraged to voice our opinions, share ideas, and work toward implementing them,

Cons

It makes readers skeptical if I say "none" so I'll work toward coming up with a few ... but I'm seriously having to dig deep here! * We document EVERYTHING and don't keep it up to date, so it's easy to accidentally work off old or outdated information * Things move incredibly fast, and as a newhire, it can be a bit of drinking through a firehose to keep up
