Pros

Atlassian has lived up to all the expectations following what was a great interview process. The people truly care about the company values, it's not just lip service you get in onboarding. The company has also proven again and again that they take care of its customers. Roles and processes can be different from other Saas companies but that's not necessarily bad. I have seen a good amount of internal mobility while here.

Cons

I won't say the comp is bad, but it's not competitive; at least in the lowest pay zone which is the largest and acts as a catch-all. The decision to not use COL is confusing. For those who live in a HCOL city yet are still in the lowest zone, you make the conscious decision to work for less money because the culture is great.
